ANTIQUE BI COLOUR PLATINUM & 18CT GOLD CURB CHAIN

A gorgeous antique 18ct gold and platinum bi-colour curb chain, circa 1900/1910.

The chain has alternating sections of 18ct curb with platinum curb, creating a super cool mixed metal chain.

The chain fasted with a petite 18ct gold dogclip which is in excellent condition, and a large stylish 18ct gold button hook, which was the original fastening for these types of chains that came from pocket watches.

The button hook looks super cool in line as an extender, and can also be used as a charm holder worn at the centre front.

Hallmarked for 18ct on the dog clip and button hook. 

The chain is a great length at just over 18”, long enough to wear alone, and also great with a stack of chains!
