VICTORIAN CORAL & 9CT GOLD SNAKE PENDANT

A lovely Victorian coral and 9ct gold snake pendant.

The pendant has a gorgeous chased snake which coils around a large sphere of bright orange coral.

The snake has chasing detail to represent the scales, and a gorgeous cheeky face with large boggle eyes.

The reverse has a large gold bail to thread a chain through, making it very easy to add into a neck mess.

Snake jewellery was extremely popular during the 19th century, it symbolised love, protection and wisdom.
