An absolutely stunning 19th century diamond and sapphire orb pendant.
Circa 1870/80, the orb is pavé set with sparkling rose cut diamonds, and a diagonal band of cornflour blue Sri Lankan sapphires.
The orb hangs from a hinged rose cut diamond bail, which bears the French import marks of the owl and swan.
The diamonds catch the light beautifully, and are complimented perfectly by the flashes of blue from the band of sapphires.
It’s so rare to get a fully pavé diamond orb!
It looks epic worn alone on a simple chain or added to a chunkier chain, or worn with a bunch of charms!
