19TH CENTURY LARGE 18CT GOLD PUFFY HEART PENDANT

A supersized mid 19th century puffy heart pendant.

Made of 18ct gold; the heart has a gorgeous shell and flower motif at the front, and the back is plain and super smooth.

The gold has a wonderful slightly matte patina, which is typical of jewellery of this period.

The heart is in fantastic condition, and the large scale makes an impact when worn.
