ANTIQUE CHUNKY SILVER CURB ALBERT CHAIN WITH T-BAR

A lovely antique silver curb chain, with t-bar.

The tight silver curb links are in great condition, with the lion passant marked on nearly every link which guarantees that the silver is at least 92.5% pure, which is the sterling standard.

The chain closes with two large silver dog clip which is in excellent working order.

The chain is hallmarked for 1897 on the tbar, and although the same ‘b’ date letter is on both dog clips, they appear to be the font for 1901, therefore a later addition or replacement.
