A super stylish, super chunky Bramah key pendant made of 14ct gold.
This iconic design is so simple, with the Bramah signature incised castle turret bit end, a sleek shaft and a simple sweetheart bow.
I’m extremely chuffed to have found one in high carat gold! It looks fantastic on a simple chain.
The Bramah lock was invented by Joseph Bramah in 1784.
It became famous as the first key and lock to be ‘unpickable’.
The Bramah locks were used for many purposes, but very often for jewellery boxes.
The keys would be worn around the owners neck disguised as a piece of jewellery.
I love key jewellery, and the renowned bramah design is a firm favourite.
