ANTIQUE LARGE HIGH CARAT BOLT RING

A large and chunky high carat gold antique bolt ring.

Circa 1880/90; the bolt is made of 14ct gold.

The prong bears a hallmark of a boar or fox head with a ‘P’, which I believe is Austro-Hungarian.

The bolt has a lovely coiled bail and a large 15ct gold jump ring.

The prong station is hollow which was a common construction of this period of findings.

Perfect to use as a chain extender or to add charms easily to your chains.
