ANTIQUE HIGH CARAT GOLD LARGE BOLT RING

A large scale 14ct gold 19th century bolt ring.

Circa 1880, the bolt is in fantastic condition, opening and closing securely. 

The barrel is hollow, which was the common construction of bolt rings of this age.

It is a great size to use as a charm holder, or as a chain extender.

The bolt hangs from a reeded original bail which bears a letter ‘A’ which may be part of the original hallmark.
