A Victorian silver bead necklace, circa 1890.
The chain is made of silver ball beads with a slight graduation in size.
The beads are thread tightly onto a metal twisted wire which is much stronger than thread, and gives the chain a bit of structure.
The chain closes with a simple silver bolt ring.
I have only seen these in gold before, so was really pleased to get my hands on a slightly more affordable version.
Really easy to wear and style for a contemporary look, even though they are over 100 years old.
