A Victorian 15ct gold belcher chain with a Diamond fly slider!

The old cut diamond fly which has tiny cabochon garnet eyes, is perched on a 15ct gold slider, which sits just above a chunky 15ct gold dog clip!

The diamond fly acts as the coolest bail for your own pendants!!

The slider is functional so can be worn higher on the chain (see pic).

The chain looks so stylish when worn.

The Victorians went mad for all things bug related during the mid 19th century and the fly was no exception.

Usually seen as a nuisance, the Victorians embraced the ancient belief that flies were a talisman against evil.

They also became a symbol for a keeper of secrets.
