EARLY 19TH CENTURY SWISS BLACK ENAMEL CHAIN

This is an amazing Antique Swiss black enamel chain made with 18ct gold.

Circa 1830/40

The enamel is a flower and scroll design, and each link is double sided!

The enamel is in great condition with minimal wear.

The original clasp is invisible when worn.

The tongue of the clasp bears a French owl hallmark, which confirms the chain has been imported to France and assayed in Paris at some point in its lifetime.
