A charming early 20th century multi locket book pendant.
The chunky silver book opens with three hinged ‘pages’ which have silver gilt frames and glass locket panels, currently containing cream silk linings.
Likely a sentimental family locket, each frame has the initials and date inscription, in chronological order;
‘PCB 1935’, ‘FMC 1937, and ‘BJB 1938’
The silver book cover has naive engraving for to depict the strapped spine, and a reeded edge to mimic the pages.
The locket hangs from a chunky silver jump ring, making it easy to ad to your favourite chain.
