A lovely pair early 19th century paste single stone earrings.
Circa 1820/30; The rectangular faceted paste stones have high crowns that catch the light fantastically.
The stones are set in a traditional silver cut down foiled setting, which is backed with gold.
The foil shows some signs of wear, which is slightly more visible in one earring, but they are still in really fab for the age.
The earrings are set with 9ct gold shepherds hook wires.
Such an easy wear!
