GEORGIAN GREEN PASTE RING

A supercool, super chunky Georgian green paste ring.

The chunky cushion cut green paste stone is in great condition, and a wonderful deep emerald green.

The stone is in a closed back cut down gold setting with a foil back, which is typical of this era of jewellery.

The stone lights up with flashes of bright green when the light hits.

The high carat gold shank will have been added at a later date, as the paste likely started off as part of a necklace.

The domed gold back of the setting, means the ring sits slightly smaller in size, but looks epic on the finger!

I just love the vibrant colour of the stone!
