GEORGIAN LARGE ANIMAL FOB

An absolutely stunning late Regency fob circa 1830.

The chunky fob is made of 15ct carat gold with beautiful chasing over the entire piece.

The detailed chasing depicts the figures of two pointer dogs on one side and Game birds of Partridge and Grouse on the other.

The stem of the fob is created by a wreath of flora and forna, that leads up to a chunky reeded bail.

The intaglio is Carnelian, with a Coat of arms shield with 3 stag heads and above, a gorgeous sitting dog which is the sign for fidelity.
