This is gorgeous matte 15ct gold oval locket!

The reverse is fully hallmarked for Chester 1893

And the letters JFHR or IFHR?

Weight approx: 4.95g

Inside reveals the original glass and woven silk lining.

There is a locket of hair with two tiny pearls inside behind the glass.

In very good condition for the age.

The locket can be worn either way to shoe the plain side or the engraved side.
