VICTORIAN 19CT GOLD HORSE HOOF PENDANT

A super chunky Victorian Horse Hoof locket made of 18ct gold.

The locket is crafted in the shape of a shoed horse hoof.

The design is very realistic, with the frog and heel bulb finely modelled. (the horsey nerds among us will appreciate the attention to detail).

The sole area is stippled to create a textured matte surface, which looks great contrasting with the bright shiny gold horseshoe.

The shoe has the traditional 3 nails on one side 4 on the other, which is a symbol of Good Luck.

The pendant opens to reveal a domed glass locket with black grosgrain inside.

Perfect as it is, but also ready to add your own personal photo.

The locket is hallmarked for 18ct gold, with a partial makers mark still visible.

Looks fab on a simple fine or chunky chain.
