A super cool antique oval locket made of 9ct gold.

The super smooth oval locket holds a little secret…. The locket opens up to reveal four photo compartments that fold out smoothly.

Known as a family locket there is room to add four photos of your loved ones to keep them close.

The central frame which can hold two photos, is a smaller size, and folds neatly away between the two larger frames.

The patented design bares the patent number on the edge of the middle frame.

The two larger lockets are lined with the original cream lining, and the central is currently empty.

The locket dates from the Victorian period, circa 1900

The locket is in excellent condition, the 9ct gold outer has a small dent on one side and a testing mark on the other, the inners are a bright gilt metal with some minor marks.

The locket hinges are in fabulous working order

Looks perfect on a simple chain.

 The locket is in excellent condition, the 9ct gold outer has a small dent on one side and a testing mark on the other, the inners are a bright gilt metal with some minor marks.

Bracelets & Bangles:

How your bracelet fits is a personal preference.
To check your preferred size, wrap a tape measure loosely around your wrist to the tightness you would like your bracelet to fit.
From the end of the tape measure to the point where it crosses the tape is your desired bracelet length.
Please compare this to the measurements specified on each of our bracelet product pages.
Note, some bracelets are adjustable – this will be mentioned in the description.
Note, if a bangle does not have an opening, you must select one that will pass over your fist.

The measurement will be in cm and inches.
We recommend you place a tape around your neck to see where the chain will sit.

JEWELLERY CARE

Antique Jewellery should be taken care of during wear.

Cleaning and repairs should be carried out by an antique jewellery specialist.

We recommend removing pieces of jewellery before washing hands or showering, as water can damage the antique settings.

Some pieces are not recommended for everyday wear

The Old Cut guarantees the piece up until the new customer receives the item.

Any stones that are lost or damaged during wear are not covered by The Old Cut. These will be charged for replacement, we can of course help find a suitable jeweller to support repairs.
