VICTORIAN ONYX NECKLACE WITH DIAMOND STAR PENDANT

An absolutely wonderful Victorian necklace made of elongated Onyx beads, with a large banded Agate orb with a rose cut diamond star at the centre.

The diamond twinkle perfectly when they catch the light! 

The reverse of the orb has a glass hair locket with an inscription that reads:

‘My dear Father 2 Oct 1862’

The orb is attached to the Onyx necklace with a simple gold bolt clasp. So both pieces can be worn separately if desired.
