VICTORIAN TURQUOISE & 18CT GOLD NECKLACE

An absolutely stunning Victorian Turquoise and 18ct gold collar necklace, circa 1860. 

The necklace has seven large 18ct gold repoussé rosettes joined by swags of fancy link chain.

The rosettes have a flower design made of turquoise stones beautifully set in intricate gold work, which has tiny gold hearts integrated into the design.

The swagged chain sits beautifully when worn.

The clasp is originally and is hidden within one of the rosettes, so it is not visible when worn.

The clasp is in great working order, closing securely.

The necklace is in wonderful condition, and makes a great statement when worn.
