VICTORIAN TURQUOISE & AMETHYST VINAIGRETTE PENDANT

A superb Victorian 15ct gold vinaigrette pendant.

The pendant is double sided so can be worn either way for different looks.

The front has a wonderful 15ct gold raised scrolled surface, which is set with seven original turquoise cabochon stones.

The reverse has the chunkiest faceted amethyst stone. The stone is light purple, flashing pinks and lilacs when viewed in different lights.

The gold scrolled side hinges open to reveal a high carat gold interior with an elaborately pierced grille which open and closes securely.

The grille design is of thistles that are beautifully detailed.

The vinaigrette hangs from a chunky gold ring, making it easy to add to your favourite chain.

The combination of the rich gold with the turquoise and lilac is stunning!
