VICTORIAN TURQUOISE PAVE HEART PADLOCK RING

A stunning early Victorian 15ct gold and pavé turquoise ring, with a wonderful pave turquoise heart padlock hanging at the centre.

The ring is completely original and the craftsmanship is excellent.

The gold band is fully chased, so cannot be resized.

The padlock has a sweet hair locket on the reverse.

Circa 1840, pavé turquoise was a popular choice for the Victorians from 1840 onwards, it can be seen adorning all types of jewellery from stick pins and brooches to bangles and elaborate necklaces.
