ANTIQUE NUT PROPELLING PENCIL PENDANT

A quirky late Victorian propelling pencil pendant made from a nut.

The real walnut has been set with a silver top and jump ring, and has a silver pencil that extends from inside the nut.

The pencil can be completely retracted to wear the pendant as a simple nut, but can be extended easily by twisting the top.

All you need to do is add some lead and you are ready to go!

I love these weird items that the Victorians made!
