VICTORIAN 15CT GOLD ORB WITH HIDDEN SWIVEL SEAL

A superb quality Victorian 15ct gold orb locket.

This epic orb locket opens to reveal a double sided swivel seal that hinges out of the orb!

The seal is set with chalcedony on one side with engraved initials ‘A R’, and a rich green bloodstone on the other, engraved with the name ‘Alice’

The mechanism is so smooth, even after all these years!

The locket can be worn with the seal folded up inside, which looks super modern, or worn with the swivel seal below.

The whole piece is in excellent condition, and a great weight.
