A charming 19th century scent bottle made from a large natural Ojo de Venado seed.
The bottle has a lovely natural form, which is completely unique as it’s made from the organic form of the seed.
The seed is a chestnut brown colour, with a dark brown strip around the sides, which appears to be part of the natural seed.
The 15ct gold top has lovely stud work which is typically of the regency period of 1810/20.
The gold top opens on a quality hinge that is barely visible when closed.
The original glass stopper is missing, but this is still a wonderful and unusual piece of history
The bottle hangs from a gold micro belcher chain with a large central jump ring. Making it easy to add to any chain.
