A superb 19th century snake ring made of two tone 18ct gold.
The snake coils around the finger to create the shank, and his fish like tail is flicked round next to the head.
The snake has detailing in a two tones of gold, with the more yellow tone used for accenting the head and tail, and a richer yellow tone for the face and body.
The design is really unusual, and looks gorgeous worn either with the head up or tail up.
It also stacks well with other rings.
A lovely example of a snake ring.
