19TH CENTURY FRENCH 18CT GOLD CHASED SHEPHERDS HOOK

 This is a stunning 18ct gold French hook with a wonderful chased foliage pattern over both sides of the hook.

From early 19th century, the hook has a partially legible French hallmark, likely the eagles head and the base of the curve.
The hooks has a swivel jump ring so always sits nicely!

These make the perfect chain extender.
