19TH CENTURY FRENCH 18CT GOLD & ENAMEL EARRINGS & BROOCH DEMI PARURE

A fantastic 19th century French demi parure suite, comprising of a beautiful pair of day/night enamelled earrings and a matching brooch.

All made of 18ct gold with blue and white enamel.

The earrings known as ‘Cloches d’or or Monstrueuses’ are a swirled design of repoussé 18ct gold, with flowers and pine cones incorporated in the design.

The earrings which fasten from back to front, are day/night earrings, meaning the large drops can be removed to just wear the tops for a simpler ‘day’ look, then the drops can be added for a more dramatic evening look!

Add in the brooch, and the look is complete!!

Traditionally these pieces are super light, so very comfortable to wear!
