A PAIR OF ANTIQUE CHUNKY 18CT GOLD TWIST DOG CLIPS

A pair of near identical 19th century 18ct gold twist dog clips.

 The chunky dog clips have a twist mechanism, locking shut with a screw collar that twists up to open the clip and down to close it. Once fastened they are completely secure.

The bails are a swivel so the clips always sit the way you desire.

It’s rare to find pairs of this style, perfect for adding to a chain, using as an extender or to add charms to a chain.
