ANTIQUE 15CT GOLD ENGRAVED HEART SET WITH OPAL & EMERALD

A very sweet antique 15ct gold puffy heart pendant.

The mini sized heart is covered in foliate chasing, and is set with an oval opal between two rectangular emerald stones.

The puffy heart hangs from a decent size bail which is set with tiny pearls.

The reverse has a little round glass panel, currently lined with black silk grosgrain.

The heart has lovely proportions, it looks charming on a simple chain
