Circa 1920, the heart has a gently curved profile which is encrusted with approx 0.75cts of rose cut diamonds that sparkle beautifully,

The diamonds are set in silver and backed with gold.

The reverse is open back which allows the maximum amount of light into the stones.

The heart hangs from a 9ct gold bail.

The scale is so charming, it looks so pretty on an either a gold or silver chain.
