ANTIQUE SILVER PAPERCLIP ALBERT CHAIN WITH CHUNKY ACORN PENDANT

A super cool antique silver paperclip chain with a chunky silver acorn pendant.

The chain is a nice heavy weight, and is in great condition.

The chain and dog clips are all original, with full hallmarking for Birmingham 1902.

The makers mark A.S is present on the paperclip link, dog clip and jump ring!

The lion passant is present on every link, which guarantees that the silver is at least 92.5% pure, which is the sterling standard.

The acorn was a popular symbol from the Victorian era into the 20th century.

They symbolised; Fertility, growth and strength.
