An absolutely stunning, large scale Victorian horseshoe locket made of 15ct gold.

The chunky oval locket is made of gorgeous yellow 15ct gold with that wonderful slightly matte patina that is so typical of this era of jewellery.

The large horse shoe and scroll at the centre of the locket are made of juicy pearls, that look beautiful against the yellow gold.

The border has a finely chased floral pattern all the way around, with a smooth gold centre.

The chased floral border continues on the reverse of the locket, with a super stylish geometric chased design in the middle.

The internals of the locket are in immaculate condition, with two large glazed panels lined with a bright blue silk.

The locket hangs from the original chunky bail, making it easy to add to any chain.

The epic proportions really make this locket stand out!

Bracelets & Bangles:

How your bracelet fits is a personal preference.
To check your preferred size, wrap a tape measure loosely around your wrist to the tightness you would like your bracelet to fit.
From the end of the tape measure to the point where it crosses the tape is your desired bracelet length.
Please compare this to the measurements specified on each of our bracelet product pages.
Note, some bracelets are adjustable – this will be mentioned in the description.
Note, if a bangle does not have an opening, you must select one that will pass over your fist.

All The Old Cut chains and necklaces have the total length detailed in the description.
The measurement will be in cm and inches.
We recommend you place a tape around your neck to see where the chain will sit.

JEWELLERY CARE

Antique Jewellery should be taken care of during wear.

Cleaning and repairs should be carried out by an antique jewellery specialist.

We recommend removing pieces of jewellery before washing hands or showering, as water can damage the antique settings.

Some pieces are not recommended for everyday wear

The Old Cut guarantees the piece up until the new customer receives the item.

Any stones that are lost or damaged during wear are not covered by The Old Cut. These will be charged for replacement, we can of course help find a suitable jeweller to support repairs.
