A stunning pair of early Victorian double paste drop earrings.
Circa 1830/40: each earring has a circular stone above a large teardrop stone.
The foiled back faceted stones are a beautiful light cornflower blue colour which I don’t see very often.
The stones are set in a closed back 9ct gold setting, and have been set with 9ct gold shepherds hook wires.
