A superb Georgian Regency hand pendant / clasp made in 18ct bi-coloured gold.

Circa 1820; the hand has been modelled in 3D so looks great from all angles.

The fingers are elegant and elongated, with a gorgeous emerald ring worn on the index finger.

The cuff is bi coloured, with a foliate detail in a lighter gold upon the stippled texture of the main cuff which is a rich yellow gold.

The hand is still a working clasp, so the tongue clicks into the top of the cuff, and there is a loop on the back of the palm making this ideal to use as a fastening or extender on your favourite chain.

It also can be worn as a pendent, threading the chain through the gold jump ring at the top of the cuff.

There is an additional micro belcher safety chain ensuring the pendant is completely secure.

The detail is wonderful, and this is the first hand I’ve found wearing an emerald ring!

The Georgians often used the hand motif as a symbol for loyalty, fortune and strength.

 A stunning example
