The hand is beautifully modelled and has a lovely deep chased foliate cuff set with a cabochon Turquoise.

The hand wears a faceted ruby ring on the forefinger, and holds a small gold sphere.

Behind, a chased gold plated split ring hangs, which is perfect to add your favourite pendant.
