GEORGIAN HEART ‘FORGET ME NOT’ LOCKET PENDANT

A super sweet late Georgian heart pendant made of 15ct gold.

Circa 1820/30; The puffy heart is engraved with the words ‘Forget me not’ in a lovely scrolled text.

The reverse side, which is flat, has a heart shaped glass locket with a gorgeous chased gold surround.

The locket contains a black silk lining, it would have originally contained plaited hair.
