LARGE VINTAGE 9CT GOLD PEAR LOCKET PENDANT

A supercool large vintage 9ct gold pear pendant.

The large scale pear is realistically modelled in 9ct gold, with the body made in smooth gold and the pears stem making part of the bail and clasp.

The pear hinges open at the base to reveal a large cavity. The stem and bail form the clip which securely closes the pear.

I love that even the base has details that are realistic to a real pear including the calyx!

The pear is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, London  1974, with makers mark ‘JM’. 

It’s also stamped for 9ct gold inside.

This is a very cool design, that is a great size to wear alone an a simple chain, either long or short for different looks!
