SUPER WIDE 18CT GOLD ANTIQUE CIGAR BAND RING

A super wide 18ct gold antique cigar band ring dated 1916.

This is the widest band I’ve found so far, measuring a fraction over 1cm

It looks so good on the finger alone or stacked with anther rings!

The ring has a wonderful crisp hallmark for Chester 1916!

Makers mark ‘NS’ is also lovely and crisp!

Cigar bands are known as such as they mimic the decorative gold paper bands that were found on premium cigars. These rings became extremely popular at the beginning of the 20th century!

Nice to find a Chester example!

I love how modern it looks even though it’s over 100 years old!

Fit feels slightly smaller due to the width.
