A super cool Victorian Horse hoof pendant made of carved black onyx.

The onyx has been carved in the shape of a shoed horse hoof, detailing the horses frog and heel bulb.

The shoe has the traditional 3 nails on one side 4 on the other, which is a symbol of Good Luck.

The nails are depicted by pyramid shaped stones, which are likely Jargoons.

Jargoons are a variation of zircon that are yellow / ochre in colour.

The setting for the stones is made of 18ct gold, with an 18ct gold frame on the reverse of the pendant.

A supercool design, which I’ve never seen in onyx before!

The completely smooth shiny black onyx is really tactile and looks fab on a simple fine or chunky chain.

Bracelets & Bangles:

How your bracelet fits is a personal preference.
To check your preferred size, wrap a tape measure loosely around your wrist to the tightness you would like your bracelet to fit.
From the end of the tape measure to the point where it crosses the tape is your desired bracelet length.
Please compare this to the measurements specified on each of our bracelet product pages.
Note, some bracelets are adjustable – this will be mentioned in the description.
Note, if a bangle does not have an opening, you must select one that will pass over your fist.

The measurement will be in cm and inches.
We recommend you place a tape around your neck to see where the chain will sit.

JEWELLERY CARE

Antique Jewellery should be taken care of during wear.

Cleaning and repairs should be carried out by an antique jewellery specialist.

We recommend removing pieces of jewellery before washing hands or showering, as water can damage the antique settings.

Some pieces are not recommended for everyday wear

The Old Cut guarantees the piece up until the new customer receives the item.

Any stones that are lost or damaged during wear are not covered by The Old Cut. These will be charged for replacement, we can of course help find a suitable jeweller to support repairs.
