VICTORIAN PRETTY TURQUOISE & 15CT GOLD PENDANT

A super pretty 15ct gold oval pendant with turquoise detailing.

The pendant is made of a lovely buttery 15ct gold, and has a central bevelled glass panel surround by trefoil cabochon Turquoise.

The reverse has the inscription: JUNE 5TH 1879, with a central monogram that I believe reads; ‘EAS’ in a beautiful italic font.

The pendant hangs from the original 15ct chunky bail which is also adorned with a trefoil of Turquoise.

Likely a memorial pendant, for a loved one, the locket appears to contain a woven lock of hair.

A completely original and beautiful pendant crafted in 1879.
